Cancellation/ Return/Refund Policy

At Pure Delight, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the highest quality catering services and gluten-free products. Please read our policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

For Catering Orders:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund due to preparation costs.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

For Gluten-Free Baked Goods & Retail Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once the order is in preparation, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  1. Return Policy
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any food items. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
  • Incorrect or Damaged Order: If you receive the wrong item or if the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue.
  • Order Cancellation (as per the cancellation policy above).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
